Holders of Loci CONNECT who are not verified under Rule 506(c) may receive a cash bonus in lieu of fully vested options. Neither the Company, CFI, nor any of their affiliates is a money transmitter, money service, foreign exchange provider or a bank, and neither the Company, CFI, nor any of their affiliates holds any user funds in custody at any time. Decisions to mint, burn or transfer Loci Digital Assets are made at a users’ sole and absolute discretion under the terms of a Digital Asset Agreement. The Loci Digital Assets are Self-Administered and Peer-Exchanged (as defined in the Digital Asset Agreement). CFI is not a securities dealer, broker or US investment advisor. Eligible users who intend to participate in any offerings of Loci GLOBAL should contact their own financial and tax advisors.
